Alessia

Alessia Mauri, aka Alessia Fennec, is a Milan-based dancer and dance educator who began her journey at age five with a strong foundation in classical ballet before expanding into modern, contemporary, and character dance. In 2010, she discovered Bellydance — a turning point that transformed her relationship with movement and sparked a continuous journey of study with renowned Italian, Egyptian, and international teachers. She is also the founder of Fennec Danza, a dance school dedicated to adult dancers built on passion, community, and the joy of lifelong learning.
A performer, teacher, and proud student of her art, Alessia brings curiosity and depth to everything she creates. She is thrilled to join Bellydance Evolution for Swan Lake.
